The Chair Spike

A clubhouse volleyball drill.

It sounds weird but it works-have a person(coach) stand on a chair with a ball. the coach then lifts the ball over the net and the player must run up in about 10 seconds and spike it or the person holding the ball must drop it. p.s want something to give you energy that not surgary of fattining just put some lemon and/or lime in some water.it really works!!!
