Between the Legs Drill

A volleyball clubhouse drill.

This drill helps passers to get under the ball and sqared up.

Have a coach or hitter hit balls at players. The players then quickly get underneath the ball and get it to bounce between their legs. they shag the ball, run it up to the hitter's basket of ball and then run back in line. This will make a passer move quickly and read a hitters shoulder and keep the ball inside the triangle.
