Guide Review - ASO Ankle Brace

When I was not able to tape my ankles, these were my go-to ankle braces through my high school and college career. They would easily last me through an entire season, or longer. In fact, the only reason I would switch pairs at the end of the season was for the cleanliness of a new pair and had nothing to due with wear and tear. They are extremely quick and easy to put on and are convenient to transport.

These are highly recommended as a substitute for taping. They are equally effective and comfortable and much more convenient than taping your ankles for daily practices.
