Our thoughts about the experience we have just lived the past few months are swirling in our heads. For many, these include quite a few "what ifs", "if only's, and "coulda/shoulda's. It takes a while for these things to sort themselves out and turn into the memories we will carry forward. This is not only true in cases where goals were not met, but also for those who accomplished what they set out to-or even more. The keys to this success must be identified and remembered so that they can be repeated down the road. To say the least, this is a very important time for both players and coaches alike.
