1. Stand 1 foot from the wall
2. Take a volleyball and toss like in a overhand serve.
3. Swing at the ball and contact the ball with your hand fully extanded
4. Push the ball to the wall as if your holding it there.
5. Your hand, the wall, and the ball should all meet togather.
6. Don't hit it just swing and stop to meet the ball
This will help to make your serve and spike alot harder.
Remember the palm of your hand should meet with the ball not your fingers.!
