The HIgh Pass Drill

Here's a great drill: (For groups of three). It practices giving high passes.

Begin with one person (#1) holding the ball, behind them is another person (#2). Across them is another girl (#3). #1 tosses the ball HIGH and runs behind #2. #2 passes the ball to #3 and then runs behind her. After each person passes the ball they run to the other side.

This stresses giving the setter high passes in order that they have time to get to them. Once a group can handle this drill well, you can add some "pepper" to it (Bump, Set, Spike).
