4 Point PassingScott Hammon
This drill emphasizes concentration and control as players rotate in and out of a four point drill. Encourage team members to "fix" or bring back "control" when drill becomes sloppy. Supports tempo passing and height control. Also causes automatic movement after pass.

Four players begin drill as in diagram. Player #1 begins by tossing from the middle of the court to player #2. Player #1 then (runs) follows his/her pass to take over #2 position at net, and next player in line takes the #1 beginning position. #2 passes left to #3 position and follows pass (runs) to take #3 position. #3 passes across court to #4 and follows the pass as well. #4 Passes to #1 position and runs to the end of the line. If ball control is lost, everyone backs up to their appropriate spot and restarts.

Added factors: Can be done in two groups on either side of net. Change to setting. Set goal to 1 minute or 5 minutes of uninterrupted passing.

Fun Rating: 4 out of 5
