Q. What is the Size of a Volleyball Court?

From Scott Hammon

A. Indoor courts are the same size for the FIVB, USAV, CVBA and most sanctioning bodies - 18m x 9m (29'6" x 59'). Indoor courts also have an attack line that runs parallel and 3m (9'10") behind the center court line. Line widths are 5 cm (2") wide. Some beach courts are slightly larger measuring 30 feet by 60 feet. However, in 2001 FIVB and soon after the AVP shortened the doubles beach court to 16m x 8m.
