The Float Serve Step by Step

Start in a balanced position

Place your left foot slightly forward and start with your weight resting on your right leg. Face the direction in which you want to serve and square your shoulders with your target. Cradle the ball with your left hand and pull your right arm back, with your hand next to your ear and your elbow above your shoulders and behind you (think: shooting a bow).
