Intro

Setting, or an overhand pass, is one of the more difficult skills in volleyball. This is because a bit of finesse is required to do it properly. However, if you acquire good technique, setting is a valuable skill for all players on the court. With a bit of practice and attention to your form you will soon be setting like a pro.
